Went for a trial class today with Sammy (teacher) she was so natural at connecting with our little person and giving him the confidence to get in the water and begin the lesson. Amazing experience

The classes are intimate and in a private heated pool .

Really enjoyed the class, it’s a very physical workout, the instructor Kim really gets you moving and love that she does the workout with you, great music also, I know I will feel it tomorrow 😃

Awesome class. I have a foot injury so has allowed me to still exercise. Suitable for all abilities as you can work at your own pace. Super group of non-judgmental women to make you feel comfortable in the pool. Instructor Kim is a real hoot and very encouraging.
